Minutes of previous meeting confirmed Glen and Lyn

Business Arising
Receipt books and invoice books printed.
Agreement on Division of responsibilities agreed and signed.
Club Captain's expenses will be paid by Club this includes phone calls ,stationary, internet and other miscellaneous expenses as approved by the Committee

Fees
'A' grade membership fees questioned .Should they get free membership. This is in line with other Clubs but seems unfair to ordinary members. Some don't show Club loyalty or support. Need to review again towards the end of the year.

Pennant Books.
Some changes required re reserves. Glen to ring SRA and liaise with Terry. Thanks to Terry for taking this on again.

Life Membership
Discussion what criteria should be . Should look at other organisations. Need to progress this. Life members and their partners should be able to attend functions for free.

AGM
Discussion on presentation of Treasurer's report
Discussion on motion re hand over of Club Contents to exclude pennant shields ,trophies and honours board.
Dean to prepare President's Report. Debbie to produce Balance sheet

Busy Bee
Busy bee to be held to clean cupboards etc on 12th february before meeting 9-10.30 then meeting to follow.
